After nearly two decades building businesses and the systems behind them, I love hearing about people's dreams — and exploring whether I can help turn them into something real.
Zidy had the market and the vision, but the product couldn't keep up with demand. I came in as a technical consultant to fix that — building the infrastructure, the team, and the processes.
The product was stalling. I rebuilt the technical foundation so the business could scale to $50k/mo in monthly recurring revenue by 2026.
With stable infrastructure in place, the sales team could sell confidently — the platform now serves 2,000+ businesses across 8+ industries.
Not a race to more users at a lower price — the platform commands $1,000/month per client through premium positioning.
I've been crafting high-performance websites and digital architectures since 2007. Born in 1989 in Romania, my journey has spanned code, business strategies, and community building.
Building premium custom applications, websites, and business systems with zero page-builder bloat.
Bred with a relentless work ethic in Alba Iulia, Romania, a historical city built around a star-shaped citadel.
Co-founded and shaped the community structure and spirit since the humble beginnings of 2014 in Cluj-Napoca, providing a vital platform and spaces for hundreds of young traceurs.
Built and scaled a remote agency model delivering high-performance, hand-coded web systems for businesses worldwide.
Pioneered zero-bloat architectures that load in milliseconds, proving that speed is the highest-converting feature.
Engineered local search systems that put local clients at the top of Google Map Packs and organic rankings automatically.
Designed layouts optimized for immediate user action, eliminating bloat to turn casual visitors into paying customers.
Each year since 2015, when I decided to become wealthy and happy, I’ve noticed that whenever I tried to make a big move (big for me at that time), my personal emotional issues were holding me back.
As I struggled to overcome my anger, frustration, shame, guilt, and all sorts of toxicity, something interesting happened: once I overcame a bit of it, my income increased too, rather easily.
I could go out and talk to whoever I needed to at that time.
Then, after a few years, it happened again, and again. Ten years later, while riding my bike through town, I was looking back at how different I had become.
So much of the negativity I used to carry is gone. Now I see other people dealing with the same issues I once dealt with, and I’ve got to be honest for a second… I feel a deep sense of compassion for them. Knowing what kind of personal hell that can be, and knowing there’s really no way to run from it.
The moral of the story is to face your demons head-on and conquer your fears. There is no other way than to confront them, to intimidate them, to make fear fear you.
Some people do it sooner. Some never do. I wish I had done it sooner, but hey, it’s not that bad — I know Ray Kroc, one of the people I look up to, started making big moves at 55.
You got this. Like Nike says… just do it.
Whether it's investing alongside founders, stepping in as technical leadership for a scaling product, or partnering on content about building businesses the right way — if there's a way I can add value, I want to hear about it.
